1.  Stop Fertilizing
2.  Cut back all finished blooming or diseased plants
3.  Divide and move perennials and plant new ones
4.  Plant tulips, daffodils, and other spring bulbs
5.  Clean up fallen fruit under fruit trees
6.  Plant trees and shrubs
7.  Prune summer flowering shrubs
8.  Plant lettuce, greens, onions, garlic, broccoli
9.  Bring houseplants back indoors
10.  Dig and store tender bulbs like caladiums and dahlias
11.  Continue to harvest and dry herbs for cooking
12.  Trim Crape Myrtles after blooming
13.  Fertilize all perennial beds with Triple Superphosphate
